On Saturday night time, the 51st Annual Annie Awards honoured excellence in animation on the College of California, Los Angeles’s Royce Corridor in Los Angeles. The tenth and closing episode of ‘Kizazi Moto: Era Fireplace‘, titled ‘Enkai,’ gained the award for Finest Restricted Sequence Episode within the TV/Media class on the 2024 Annie Awards.
Kizazi Moto: Era Fireplace is an action-packed animated sci-fi anthology that presents ten futuristic visions from Africa, The collection attracts inspiration from the continent’s various histories and cultures, that includes creators from numerous African nations, together with Zimbabwe, South Africa, Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, and Egypt.
Kizazi Moto: Era Fireplace co-produced by Triggerfish Animation Studios, a South African-based manufacturing firm, gained over episodes from ‘Solely You: An Animated Shorts Assortment’ and ‘Pokémon: Path to the Peak.’
