Afrobeat artists Ruger, Shallipopi, and Amaarae will carry out and headline at Days Like This (DLT) in Malta.
On February 23, 2024, the organizers of DLT Malta introduced the primary wave of line-ups, promising a vibrant pageant expertise and hinting at extra musical acts to be revealed. This marks the third installment of DLT Malta. The occasion is scheduled for June 6 to 10, 2024, adopted by a second weekend from June 13 to 17, 2024. It is going to be held at Bora Bora Ibiza-Malta, that includes a powerful lineup of worldwide performers.
Among the many lineup are Kaytranda, Amaarae, Focalistic, Odeal, Odumodublvck, Ruger, Shallipoppi, Spice, The Compozers, and South Africa DJ Uncle Waffles. Initially, Davido was featured within the line-up. Nevertheless, the King of Afrobeat was fast to dispel this data. He reacted on social media that he wouldn’t be a part of the performers. He used the face cap emoji, a preferred Nigerian slang for a lie, to emphasise that the stories weren’t true.
Davido’s direct response led to a change within the flyer’s design by the organizers of the occasion to point that he would certainly not be out there for the live performance.
