Nigerian filmmaker and director Dika Ofoma‘s “A Quiet Monday” has been chosen for the Nollywood Week Movie Pageant in Paris. The film follows the story of siblings Kamnonu and Ogbonna, whose lives are thrown into hazard once they defy the obligatory “sit-at-home” protests enforced by loyalists of a jailed secessionist militant chief in southeastern Nigeria.
In November final yr, the movie premiered on the twenty seventh Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur, Switzerland’s main annual brief movie competition.
