The Nollywood group and followers alike have been left reeling by the information of the passing of esteemed actor, John Okafor, famously often known as Mr Ibu, on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
As tributes pour in, veteran singer, Rudeboy, previously of the Psquare band, has expressed his deep sorrow over the loss.
Having been current throughout Mr Ibu’s sickness and spending a number of weeks by his aspect within the hospital, Rudeboy shared his profound unhappiness on the actor’s passing. He took to social media to specific his feelings, questioning why regardless of his efforts, Mr Ibu nonetheless departed.
In a poignant message, Rudeboy lamented the unpredictability and fragility of life, stating, “I slept within the hospital with you for a number of weeks simply to be there with you and all .. and you continue to left. God why?? #mribu. Aswear overlook !!! Nothing dey for this life.”
